Google Calendar connection

1Sign in to your KybernAI workspace.
2Open Calendar and select Settings.
3Choose Connect Google account and approve the Google consent request.
4Select the calendars you want KybernAI to display or use for events.

What it does

You remain in control of every connected calendar.

View the calendars and events that the connected Google account has made available.
Choose which calendars appear in KybernAI and select the color shown for each calendar.
Create, edit, and delete events only when the user chooses an account and calendar with the required Google permission.

Privacy and security

Calendar data is used only to provide the feature you request.

Each user connects their own Google account through Google's secure OAuth consent flow.
Google refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown in the KybernAI interface.
Calendar connections are owner-scoped. A user cannot access another user's connected Google account.
Disconnecting an account removes its saved connection credentials and calendar preferences from KybernAI.

Google Calendar data use

KybernAI accesses the connected account email, available calendar details, and selected event details needed to display and manage calendar activity. We do not sell Google Calendar data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. KybernAI's use of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Calendar data is used only to provide the Calendar features requested by the user and is not transferred to AI or machine-learning services or used to train AI models.
